The widely used Spring Cone Crusher

The movable cone is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on an hanging erect shaft which is set in the eccentric sleeve, and the sleeve is set on the stopping and pushing bearing. The movable cone and erect shaft are driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve together.

The eccentric shaft sleeve is driven by horizontal shaft and fimbriated gear, and the wheel of the conveyor belt is driven by motor through v-belts. The lower part of vertical shaft is installed in the eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, there is a conical surface lined out by the shaft. When the movable cone comes near the fixed cone, rocks are grinded into pieces, when the cone leaves, grinded materials is discharged from the discharge hole. The fixed cone can be ascended or descended by adjusting setting to adjust the width of discharge hole, consequently the output size is determined.

3. The design of the Ball Mill's installed base to some extent could refer to the blueprint that supplied by the manufactures. However, it shouldn't use as a working drawing. During the installation, we should major look at the real installation environment.

Matters need attention through the installation :

1.Before the installation of the Ball Mill, the users should carefully check if the size of Ball Mill's each part fit with the drawing requirements and if the equipments were all in readiness.

2.Before the installation of every element and unit of the Ball Mills, they should have a careful examination. The users must clear up the all kinds of the wounds, protection oil, dust and foul on the surface of the machine, in order to make sure that the machine could running normally.

3.During the installation, the users should daub some thin oil on the sliding surface of the machine. The surface of the regular connection should daub grease.

4.During the installation of the Ball Mill, the users should make a adequate protection of the frication surface and daub the grease on it, meanwhile, users should also put the clean oilskin on the dedicated backplate.
